Kylemore Services is one of the South of England leading mechanical services companies that has been awarded a place on south east housing association, London & Quadrant’s, framework for mechanical work packages (under £8m) for 2020 to 2024.
The award is a part of an ongoing refresh of favoured suppliers and consultants for the residential developer - one of the UK’s most successful social businesses.
Kylemore is one of 12 specialist MEP companies to have been awarded a place on the mechanical framework. Between them they will take a share of a programme of works worth £80m annually.

The framework will run from 2020 to 2024 and is estimated to involve between £800 million and £900 million worth of housing projects including new builds, refurbishments and mixed-use developments.
